Our Facility
Located in Anaheim California, our 2 story building is a moderately sized facility that is iSO compliant. Included are 4 cNC mills, 1 cNC lathe, 1 manual lathe, 1 manual mill. also included are welders, 3D printers, horizontal & vertical saws, press brakes, sheetmetal rollers, & A sheetmetal shear.
We have a dedicated inspection room with a calibrated granite surface, 3 ROI Optical Omis II’s, a cordax cMM, 2 Faro Gauge Pluses, 1 Romer arm with Scanworks Laser Scanner, along with many Mitutoyo inspection equipment.
Our Fadal 4020 is capable of handling parts with a dimensional envelope of 40" x 20"
Our Fadal 3016 is loaded with a 4th axis Rotary for indexing and 4th axis work.
Our Fadal 2216 is installed with a 5th axis. The Fadal also has extended Z axis travel to utilize more of the 5 axis and reach even higher heights
Our latest & secondary 4020 Fadal is installed with Heidenhain glass scales that allows the highest accuracy in interpolation and dimensional positioning.
Our Mori Seiki turret lathe is used for all of our turning operations and will meet the required tight tolerances in this industry.
Our manual lathe with DRO installed is an extension to our CNC lathe, used for jobs that require multiple operations to speed up lead time.
